My Mother's Curse is an upcoming comedy movie directed by Anne Fletcher (who brought us The Proposal) based on a script by Dan Fogelman. It's the story of an inventor and his mom who hit the road together so he can sell his latest invention. The film is starring Seth Rogen and Barbara Streisand as son and mother. Filming should start this spring for a release in 2012.Plot:
"My Mother's Curse follows an inventor (Seth Rogen) who invites his mother (Barbara Streisand) on a cross-country trip as he tries to sell his new product. On the way, the two bicker and try to figure out how to get along while also tracking down one of the mother's lost loves."
Seth Rogen and Barbara Streisand in the same movie? This would make for an interesting duo indeed. I wonder who is going to be cast as Streisand's lost love. Any suggestion maybe? And what about this mysterious invention, what is it?
